چکیده

Background: Robotic adrenalectomy offers several clinical benefits if compared with laparoscopic adrenalectomy; however, its superiority is still under debate. The aim of this study was the investigation differences between two techniques, and a comparison when approaching right or left side adrenal lesions further conducted. Statistical analysis conducted; cohorts reported. Results: A total 160 cases included (84 in adrenalectomy-group [LA-g] 76 [RA-g]). groups homogeneous for demographic data. No intraoperative complications reported; mean amount blood loss comparable. conversion open surgery required. RA-g presented longer operative time than LA-g (P = .05), no noted .187).
